Office Manager & Administrator

We’re looking for that special someone. If you want to be on the ground floor of innovation and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment Candor may be a good fit for you. The Office Manager & Administrator will serve as an integral part of our team and will manage, administer, coordinate, and support the activities related to serving our clients and growing our company. You will be a support hub to the entire company and central to our success.

Office Manager & Administrator

• Act as direct support to the CEO and COO
• Manage Candor’s contract & administrative infrastructure
• Craft, maintain, and update Policy & Procedure documents
• Manage Vendor Due Diligence requests
• Support team members as they work with clients
• Manage our client relationship management (CRM) system
• Manage our reporting system
• Provide general office support
• Collaborate and partner closely with internal teams to effectively carry out the duties and execute on projects
• Support Filing, invoicing, and bookkeeping activities

Qualifications
We will hire the person with the best combination of the following skills and experience:

• Minimum 2-5 years business experience, preferably in the financial services industry
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Friendly and service-oriented
• Superb communication skills – written and oral
• Proficient with computers and software programs
• Pattern of reliability and consistent performance
• Positive attitude, and good sense of humor

Experience:
  • At least 1 year of QA experience designing test plans and developing test cases
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

  • Data Engineer
    Technical Qualifications:
  • Two to three years of hands-on production data engineering experience including creating and maintaining an optimal pipeline architecture.
  • Assembling large, complex sets of data that meet non-functional and functional business requirements.
  • Identifying, designing and implementing internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes.
  • Building required infrastructure for optimal extraction, transformation and loading of data from various data sources using AWS and SQL technologies.
  • Building analytical tools to utilize the data pipeline, providing actionable insight into key business performance metrics.
  • C# experience required, Python a plus.
  • Experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, CDK, Glu, Data Pipeline, Quicksite.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server, DynamoDB, Athena, and Redshift.
  • Agile, DevOps, GitHub and analytics experience desired.
  • Bachelors in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred, but not required with adequate demonstrable experience.

  • Decisions Developer
    Technical Qualifications:
  • Two to three years of hands-on development experience with the Decisions platform.
  • Production C# experience not required, but a plus.
  • CSS development experience not required, but a plus.
  • Experience developing APIs in Decisions
  • Experience utilizing third party unit testing tools such as Postman and J.Meter.
  • Experience utilizing Decisions Multi-Tenancy and Clustering.
  • Decisions Certifications desired.
  • Agile, DevOps, and analytics experience desired.
  • Bachelors in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred, but not required with adequate demonstrable experience.
