  • Underwriting Specialist
    Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience as a Mortgage Underwriter
  • FHA or VA designation preferred.
  • A real Underwriting guideline guru. Very proficient in researching UW guidelines and requirements.

Build and strengthen the bridge between mortgage underwriting and technology. Utilize experience as a Mortgage Underwriter to collaborate with fellow team members.   • Cloud Database Engineer
    Candor Technology is looking for a cloud engineer with strong database administration skills to lead the performance tuning and improvement of our database infrastructure and assist in the management of our cloud infrastructure.


    Technical Qualifications:

  • Three to five years of AWS cloud infrastructure administration experience.
  • Three to five years of database administration experience including performance tuning.
  • Microsoft SQL Server preferred. Additional RDBMs platforms are a plus.
  • Experience with database & application security/monitoring tools required.
  • Experience with Athena, Redshift, or Databricks a plus.
  • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory management experience desired.
  • PC management and administration, desired.
  • Experience with AWS S3, Dynamo, SQS, API Gateway, Lambda, and RDS desired.
  • Experience with AWS CloudWatch, desired.
  • Experience with GitHub, Jira, and security processes and procedures a plus.
  • Bachelors in Computer Science or Engineering is a plus, but not required with adequate demonstrable experience.

  • Client Success Manager
    Position Details:
  • Responsible for proactively educating, training, and onboarding clients
  • Learn the goals and objectives of new customers and translate those needs into a tailored implementation and onboarding process
  • Manage client relationships and partner with the sales team and personal bankers to present and communicate to clients.
  • Host webinars on new features and the basic elements of our platform
  • Actively monitor activation and adoption of core features while limiting dormancy
  • Advocate internally for your clients for feature improvements that solve customers business challenges
  • Maintain SLA
  • The ability to advocate for your clients and proactively handle escalations independently


    Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of mortgage experience in operations (processing or underwriting).

    Technical Qualifications:
  • Two or more years of hands-on, development experience with the Decisions platform.
  • Production C# experience not required, but a plus.
  • CSS development experience not required, but a plus.
  • Experience developing APIs in Decisions
  • Experience utilizing third party unit testing tools such as Postman and JMeter.
  • Experience utilizing Decisions Multi-Tenancy and Clustering.
