Candor Technology Announces SOC 2 Type 2 Certification

Approved by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, SOC 2 Type 2 status demonstrates superior internal governance and risk management systems

Candor Technology has kicked off 2022 by demonstrating its security and availability, as the Loan Engineering System received its SOC 2 Type 2 certification.

The SOC 2 Type 2 report is the most comprehensive certification within Systems and Organization Control (SOC). The extensive evaluation and examination demonstrate Candor’s systems and controls to keep sensitive data safe and secure.

SOC 2 trust categories include security against attacks, processing integrity, data confidentiality, personal information privacy, and service availability.

The certification was completed by an independent service auditor. The auditor’s report provides reasonable assurance that Candor Technology’s controls are appropriately designed, and that service commitments and system requirements are achieved based on the trust services criteria relevant to Security (applicable trust services criteria) set forth in TSP 100, 2017 Trust Services Criteria for Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy (AICPA, Trust Services Criteria).
